60 Aks

40 burpee box jump overs

20 man makers

every 3 mins u will both run 200m with a 10kg plate weight

15kg for men 🙂

5 min: Warm-up (No Measure)

60 sec wall sit hold with a plate weight out in front

5 burpee onto plate

5 russian twists

10 air squats
