100 deadball squats switching every 10 (tough)

complete 50m deadball carry each

135 wall balls ( switching every 15 )

800m wall ball run ( switching how ever u like as long as ball doesnt touch the ground .

120 kb swings ( changing every 20 reps )

100m farmers carry each

60 burpee box jump overs ( switching every 10 reps )

30m partner sled push each

athlete one and two will be working through reps

while one athlete will be accumulating as much distance as possible in 35 mins
